Neverland was a rough place for a fairy. Tinkerbell never once thought that she would have lived there, but that's how her life went. She had befriended the evil queen, seeing how sad and lonely she was, and tried everything to help Regina find her happy ending. And she did, it led to a bar with a man and his lion tattoo. All Regina had to do was open the door and meet the man. But she didn't. Because of that, Blue took away Tink's wings and magic. Needing a place of magic to stay alive long enough to get revenge, Tink fond herself in Neverland and that's where she stayed for years. Until Emma Swan and her family came looking for Henry Mills.

Ever since joining them and coming to Storybrooke, Tink's life began to turn around. She let go of her hatred for Regina, even managing to be friends again seeing that the once evil queen really did have a heart. She even managed to patch things up with Blue, which was difficult since she was the one that took away her wings. And with time, her magic was even coming back. For the first time in a long time, Tinkerbell felt like she was home.

Sitting at the bar in Granny's diner, Tink drank her morning coffee and greeted her friends as they came in for some breakfast. Robin came in and they exchanged some pleasantries, but Tink had a feeling she hadn't felt in a long time. Pushing the feeling aside she went about her day. When she got home, the feeling was still in the back of her mind. Needing to figure it out she used her magic and a reddish pink magic line shot out from her. As a fiary she knew what that was. Her happy ending was being revealed. Without hesitation she followed the magic all the way to a doorstep. Now she was hesitant. Not because she didn't want a happy ending, but because of who it led her to. Robin Hood, the man with the lion tattoo.

Just like Regina centuries before, Tinkerbell turned and went home. As she laid in bed her mind drifted back to when she and Regina were at the bar looking in on him. She had thought he was Regina's happy ending but now it was obvious it was her own. The magic backfired and led her to her own happiness not Regina's. Everything that happened after that was her own fault. Not knowing what to do about this, since Regina was very much in love with him, Tinkerbell closed her eyes and ended her strange day.

The next morning she went to Granny's like usual, but this time failed to greet anyone. Instead she was lost in her own thoughts about Robin, Regina, and happy endings. To her it seemed like there was no happy ending to be had. Someone was going to be hurt and once again she could lose her best friend.

The next morning unable to deal with her newfound situation and potential loss of her best friend once more, Tink packed up her things and left Storybrooke behind. She jumped on the first bus she found which led her to the bright and shiny city of Los Angeles, CA. Not really knowing what to do with herself now, she headed to get a cup of coffee then plan out where she was going to stay.

All Regina had to do was open the door and meet the man. But she didn't. Because of that, Blue took away Tink's wings and magic. Needing a place of magic to stay alive long enough to get revenge, Tink found herself in Neverland and her new life as informant for Peter Pan.

Tink hated Pan almost as much as she hated Regina, but she knew the rules in Neverland. If you didn't want to die, you worked for Pan. So anytime someone came to the island, she would inform Pan all about it. But over the years she decided that this life wasn't safe. She needed to find a way out of Neverland. Though leaving Neverland was not simple. Pan didn't let anyone leave unless he wanted you to. His shadows made sure of it. Very few people ever managed to come and go, and usually they were pirates. Based on that alone, Tink decided she needed to find a pirate ship. Thankfully that was a fairly frequent thing in Neverland.

Months passed and Tink waited patiently, knowing that one day a ship would come and she would get out of Neverland for good. Finally a ship did come and it's captain was one she was familiar with. Friends with even. Killian Jones. Someone who also was not fond of Peter Pan. After a brief talk with him and explaining her situation, the pirate allowed her to travel with him. She was expecting to wind up back in her home of the enchanted forest, but his next stop was Nassau, a pirate hub. It seemed like a nice enough place, so Tink decided to stay there for awhile.
