10/21/2020  Writing Example: It's lame, I know! Nickola hadn't expected that she would be targeted by some 'pirate people'. For some reason, she went to the edge of the pacific ocean and was cleaning her hands from playing the sand, when she felt a presence behind her. "Nick! If that is you, leave me alone! Don't try to but a crab down my shirt again!" She said as she straightened up and turned to face the person behind her, thinking it was her brother. The person was definitely not her brother, but she wouldn't get a good look anyway, because as soon as she turned around, she was hit in the head with a long piece of wood. The sounds of chains, banging against a stone wall, woke Nickola up. She groggily looked around her, letting her eyes adjust to the blackness that surrounded her. She was in a cell... no a well?... it was hard to tell in the darkness. She blinked her eyes and tried to move but found that she wasn't able to, the clinking sound was the chains attached to her feet and hands, immobilizing her. She grew frantic and began to call out for help. "Help!" She shouted as loudly as she could. -Nothing- She tried three more times and still no one came to her rescue. Many hours passed by and she grew hungry. She didn't know how long she had been down in the darkness or how long she had been chained. A loud clanking sound, a squeak of a door, and footsteps descending the stairs told her that someone was coming down the stairs, either a rescuer or a torturer. Sandy-blond hair, a wicked grin, and blood smeared all over his face. - definitely, a rescuer- her brother Klaus. "Nickola, what kind of trouble have you gotten into now?" He asked her as he broke the chains off of her and held her up. "Thanks for asking if I am ok!" She snapped at him, as she rushed up the stairs, and to one of her captors and sank her fangs into him without mercy. She drained the human and fed or killed the rest. "Now that we have the crew dead, what are we gonna do? Where are we gonna go?" She asked her brother with a raised brow as she turned to him as he walked up the stairs. The day they, became the first two Hybrids in the world. The day the two siblings would be linked not by the immortality spell but linked magically.  When one or the other got hurt the other felt it too. This was the beginning of immortality for Nickola. Nickola watched as her mother gathered the ingredients and began to make a potion. Once the potion was made, she called the rest to her and around a rock, the siblings drank the potion and Mikael, ran them through with a sword.  Hours flew by and the siblings all awoke. Nickola rose slowly to her feet and looked at her siblings, her vampire fangs came out which she cried in pain from it, and her eyes turned black as a human passed by. She grabbed the human and drained it of their blood. Once the blood was all gone and the person was dead. Nickola fell to her knees and screamed in agony as her werewolf form was triggered. her eyes a once pure black turned to gold, and glowed in the night sky, she was now a tribred, half-wolf, half-vampire, and half-witch. Her Brother, Klaus made his kill and became a hybrid, half-wolf and half-Vampire. After seeing her daughter and son /wolf-out/, Esther made them both a necklace that weakened their werewolf side, hindering Klaus as a vampire and Nickola as a Witch-vampire. Klaus and her Stepfather had found out the truth about them and killed their Father and began to abuse the two of them. Neither one of them could escape Mikael's wrathful hatred of them, so the the family left together, and promised to be with each other 'Forever and Always', and to this day they do.  Over the centuries, both Klaus and Nickola looked for a way to break the 'Sun and the Moon Curse' that Esther had placed on them both. Finally, they succeeded after finding Elena Gilbert and sacrificing her at the alter, they both activated their werewolf side, making her the 'Original Tribred' and Klaus the 'Original Hybrid'  No one knows why Nickola is a Tribred, but she is. No one knows how to kill her either. She is the immortal of all immortals, powerful enough to command an 'Original' though she doesn't know that she can. She also doesn't know, yet how to break the link, between her and Klaus, either, but maybe someday she will figure it out? That was her price to being immortal! She is the step-daughter of Mikael Mikaelson, the Eldest blood-sister of Klaus Mikaelson as well as the Half-sister of Freya, Finn, Kol, Elijah, and Henry. She is also the half-aunt of Hope Mikaelson.  Nickola was born a witch-werewolf, though her werewolf side hadn't been triggered yet.  ｡+ﾟ☆ﾟ+｡★｡+ﾟ☆ﾟ+｡★｡+ﾟ☆ﾟ+｡★｡+ﾟ☆ﾟ+｡ Her birth was a magical one, one hidden from everyone, until the day she joined the Mikaelsons.  Her mother still living in the 'Old World' used magic to become pregnant with Nickola. Her Mother seduced Ansel the werewolf (King) of the North-East Atlantic Pack, and 9 months later had Nickola. Wanting to protect her from Mikael and her sister, Dahlia, she sent Nickola to live with her father. She grew up with her father and his other children in the pack. That day, Mikael came into the village and slaughtered everyone, even her Father. It was only through, Esther, finding her hiding in the shadows of a tree, that she was spared. She was then taken back to the camp and raised with her half-siblings. When her mother decided to do a spell to protect her from Mikeal. She took a necklace and magic it, to keep her werewolf side at bay.  She also linked her and Klaus together, for unknown reason's if one of them got hurt, the other would too. No one understands why this happened or happens, it is something only Esther knows. Due to Mikeal finding out about her and Klaus, he hated both of them and treated then terribly. It was only thanks to their Mother and their half-siblings that they survived. It was more-so her Mother, creating the vampire spell, that the two soon showed their true colors, after killing the entire village. Klaus became a Werewolf-vampire and Nicky became a were-witch-vampire, the 'Original Tribred'. Over the centuries she would stand with her Brothers and sisters, mostly Klaus, and fight to live and have a place of their own. She isn't one to find love, but only accetance of others.
