She, looked at Stefan and smiled. "I'm a little bit nervous, Stefan. What, if Elizabeth says, no." She held his hand tightly. "And, her sisters say no." She, took a deep breath.

"I'm glad we invited Alexis and Jason, for moral support. And, Dylan is my closet brother. I had to invite him, and Courtney. After everything, Dylan has done for, me. I want to surprise, Abby. That's why, I didn't invite them.

I'm talking too fast again, I know. I can't stop. I do this, when I'm nervous, Stefan." She, grinned at him.

Stefan was about to answer him when he heard the doorbell ring. “Alexis, Jason please help yourself.” He went over to the door and answered it. “Hi Dylan, Courtney.” He smiled as he hugged them. “Please, come in.” He shut the door.

Jason Morgan

Jason smiled at him. “You and Ashley are family. Of course, we would be here.” He nodded his head. “Yes, I do know Elizabeth quite well. Her parents care more about saving the world than her.” He sighed. “I think having you and Ashley adopt her is the best option. It will give her that sense of family that has always been missing.”

Stefan smiled softly at Jason. “Thank you for coming. It means the world to Ashley. She told me that she has been talking to you about this since you pretty much know Elizabeth best.”

Dylan McAvoy

Dylan pulled into the driveway and parked his car. He looked at Courtney and smiled. “To be honest, I’m not really surprised that Jason and Alexis are here first.” He chuckled. After all, Alexis and Stefan are extremely close. I know that Ashley has gotten close to Jason the last few months.” He smiled then got out of the car and locked the doors. He watched as she came over to him and nodded his head. “I am ready for this. I promised Ashley that I would be here. Are you ready for this?” He asked as he held her hand.

Courtney

Courtney watched as Dylan drove up to the house, and smiled as him.

"Mom and Jason are here, Dylan. And, you thought, you left early. Mom, never misses a chance, to be with, Uncle Stefan. I'm surprised, she didn't sleep over, last night." She, giggled and got out of the car, after he parked. She, walked over to him.

"Are you ready for this." She, looked at him, and grinned.

Stefan felt Ashley’s hug and hugged her back a little bit tighter. “You’re welcome, Ashley.” He watched as she went over to the door and opened it. “Alexis, Jason. So glad you could make it.” He shook Jason’s hand and hugged Alexis back a little bit tighter.

Jason sighed when he heard Alexis. “Good point. Knowing Stefan and Ashley the way we do. I’m sure that they will figure out a way to make everything work.” He saw Ashley as she opened the door and hugged her back a little bit tighter. Then came inside. He shook Stefan’s hand. “What a lovely set up you have. How are you doing?”

Alexis felt Ashley's hug, and hugged her back tightly.

She, then went over to Stefan, and hugged him tightly too.

"Hi guys. Thanks, Ashley. In a minute. It does, look amazing." She, grinned at them.

She, smiled softly at him, and hugged him tightly.

"Thank you, Stefan." She, then heard the door, and ran over to open it.

"Alexis. Jason. Please, come in. Come in." She, hugged them both tightly. "Can I get you a drink. Our Chef made us a beautiful buffet table. Please, help yourself." She, then closed the door.

Alexis Morgan

"Well, I was very surprised, Jason. But, if that's what they want, then who am I to say no. Stefan is actually thrilled. He always wanted a girl, and now may get all four of them. I'm not sure, how Elizabeth is going to feel, if Sarah goes along with it. I know, she wants, to get away from her. She's going to be, freaking out." She, looked at him, and sighed. "We'll see."

Stefan smiled softly when he heard her. He held her hand. “Ashley, do not think like that. Elizabeth loves you and I know in my heart that she is going to say yes. Her parents were more concerned about saving the world than her.” He sighed. “Now, she has you. I have no problem at all with you inviting Jason and Alexis here for moral support as well as Dylan and Courtney. I know how much Dylan means to you.”
