This handsome young man is an expert hacker and can use his highly developed skills to basically hack any site out there, while at the same time avoiding arrest by utilizing every trick in the book to throw off local authorities. However, Phillip really never needs to worry about spending even a single day in prison, because if necessary the powers that be will intervene and intimidate any lower levels of government seeking to arrest him. Despite becoming filthy rich by stealing millions of dollars from America's foreign and domestic enemies over the years, he also loves infecting their computers with the most dangerous viruses in existence, thus undoubtedly proving that there's nothing redeeming whatsoever about Phillip. He is also Damon Sanders' partner in crime as well.
