He's quite charming and actually friendly on the surface, but this devious young man is actually an agent of the diabolical New World Order, sent by his superiors to spread disinformation about various different topics, all in an effort to lull the American public into a false sense of security, making it much easier to control and brainwash the masses until it's far too late for everyone to fight back. Brutally violent force will be used on United States citizens if absolutely necessary, but for the time being those mindless sheep seem well under the control of malevolent government entities. Damon is also Phillip Anderson's partner in crime as well.
