Human from the Asian crime-horror movie "Ichi the Killer". This sadomasochistic enforcer truly enjoys both giving and receiving incredible amounts of pain while protecting his crime boss from all harm, but eventually Kakihara's insatiable thirst for violence becomes too much for the syndicate and the death of his former boss only hardens his already cold and callous heart even more than before. Now on his own but far from helpless or outnumbered, Kakihara and his ruthless gang of thugs continue on with their rampage of sheer terror, but his sole purpose in life is to finally experience the highest of highs while dying brutally at the hands of Ichi the Killer.
