Vehement Sadist:
The Governor absolutely delights in murdering innocent people in cold blood whenever possible, although he will not hesitate to wipe out other malevolent individuals who might pose a threat to this highly demented man′s iron rule. More of a remorseless dictator than anything else, The Governor can also be quite charming and very charismatic as well, but for him it means nothing to torture and mass murder those who are foolish enough to even remotely challenge his authority in any way.
Malevolent Protector:
The Governor is on an unrelenting mission to completely exterminate all evil within society in general, because purging mankind of degenerate filth will no doubt ensure the survival of those who are innocent. Make no mistake about it, this mentally unstable man believes in using the most brutal methods imaginable in order to finally eradicate murderers and rapists, also child molesters and all other wretched scum from a cruel and cold world which truly needs an extremely violent hero right now.
