Pamela Milton is a character first encountered in Issue 176 of Image Comics′ The Walking Dead. She is the smart and capable leader of the Commonwealth, who strongly believes in world order and the structure of civilization. While not as self-entitled as her son, Pamela nevertheless believes that because of her high society status before the apocalypse, it no doubt makes her head and shoulders above everyone else. She most definitely thinks that social status should serve as a great example for the ′working class′ to look up to at all times.
