"Hi, Alex how are you. Hi, Dylan. Look at baby Dylan, guys. What are you feeding them." She, hugged them both tightly, then sat down on the sofa. "Can you say, hi grandpa." Kim, giggled.
Have you guys heard. Molly had the baby. She had the baby so fast. It's a good thing, Jason was there." She, grinned at them.
"Thanks, dad. Kim. Would you like to hold Nicole for, me."
She, gently put the baby in her hands. "Say hello, to Aunt Kim, Nicole. Come in. Make yourself comfortable." Courtney went to close the door. "I'll go make us, some coffee. Alex come with me, so you can get Oscar a drink. Unless you want coffee." She, grinned at him, and went to the kitchen.
Julian smiled softly at them. “I will definitely remember that.” He smirked. “Here is a little housewarming gift.” He said as he handed the bag to Courtney. “We wanted to come over to see you and your new house. It looks amazing!”
Dylan came over with Dylan Jr. “Hey Julian, Kim, Oscar, Leo.” He hugged them. “Please, make yourselves at home.” He chuckled softly when he heard Courtney. “Remember, ‘Charlie’ when you’re here, you’re the one being served.” He smirked.
Courtney was holding Nicole, as she stood up, and smiled softly at them.
"Dad, Kim, Oscar. This is such, a wonderful surprise. I'm so happy to see you all." She, went over to them, and hugged them all tightly. "We would love, to show you around. How about a drink first. I love to wait on, Charlie." She, looked at him, and giggled.
Julian smiled when Alex opened the door. “Hey buddy. It’s so good to see you.” He hugged him. “We wanted to come by and see your new house.” He said as he came in.
Alex smiled softly when he heard what Dylan said. “I agree, Dad. There is nothing better than this.” When he heard the doorbell ring, he looked at them. “I will get it.” He got off the sofa and went over to the front door to answer it. He opened it and smiled. “Grandpa Julian, Aunt Kim, Oscar, Leo! Please come in.”
Dylan sat on the couch with Courtney and the kids as he held Dylan Jr in his arms. He looked at her. “I love these moments. Just sitting here like this watching tv. Does not get any better than this.” He gave her a soft smile. When he heard the doorbell ring, he watched as Alex got up to answer it and smirked.
