Dylan heard the doorbell ring and went over to the front door to answer it. “Spencer, Emma. Please come in.” He smiled as he hugged them. “Please, make yourselves at home.”
Julian smiled softly as he watched Dylan with Leo. He saw Courtney come back in with Alex. “I agree with Dylan. The pitcher of ice tea is perfect. Inviting Spencer and Emma is another great idea.”
Dylan smiled when Courtney and Alex came back in the living room. “The pitcher of ice tea is a great choice, buddy. Good job.” He nodded his head. “I have no problem with you wanting Spencer and Emma here.”
"A little bit later Courtney came back with Alex helping her. They put everything down on the coffee table.
"Here we go. Alex decided to bring the pitcher of ice tea. Let's go back, and get the cake. Oh. Alex wanted his brother here, so we called, Spencer and Emma. Help yourselves." Courtney hugged Alex as they went back to the kitchen.
“Really? That sounds like a lot of fun. When you’re finished with it, I would really love to see it.” Dylan smiled softly at him. “Also, how about one day, we all go to the zoo? This way, you can see some of the animals. Would you like that?”
Dylan smiled softly at him. “That is fantastic, Oscar. We are all very proud of you. I know that Reed will fit right in with all of you. He also plays the guitar so that is another thing you have in common.” He turned to Leo. “How is my little buddy, Leo doing?”
Oscar nodded his head and smiled. “I know, Mom. I do drink coffee now and I love it. Sure, I’ll have coffee.” He looked at Dylan. “College is going great, Uncle Dylan. I have straight A’s in all of my classes. Me, Cameron, Ella and Spike hang out all the time. Now, Reed transferred to PCU and we’re helping him out.”
Oscar hugged everybody. “No coffee for me, Aunt Courtney. Thank you.” He smirked as he watched Kim with Nicole. “I can’t believe how big they’re getting, Uncle Dylan.” He smiled.
Alex smiled softly at her. “Hi Aunt Kim. I’m doing good. How are you?” He nodded his head when he heard Courtney. “Sounds good to me, Mommy.” He went into the kitchen with her.
Julian smiled softly at her. “You’re welcome, Courtney.” He watched as she gave Nicole to Kim. “Hi sweetheart. She is so beautiful.” He looked at Dylan Jr. “Hi Dylan. I can’t believe how big they are getting.”
