"Thank you, Alanna. Come, we have lunch ready. Courtney will be back soon. She, and Dylan took the boys to lunch. I'm, so happy to see you, honey. Thank you, for coming." She, hugged her tightly, again.
"Aunt Chelsea. It's okay. We're, not mad. We love you, we're not mad at, you." She, handed her the box from the bakery.
"Here, you go. It's Connor's favorite cake from the bakery. Alexis, and I are very sorry for the misunderstanding. It was completely our, fault. We keep forgetting that Alex is old enough to be alone now and watch Connor and Dylan. Does, Connor even need a baby sitter, any more. He's almost the same age as, Alex."
So, she stopped at the bakery and brought a chocolate cake. She, then drove over to the house, and parked the car. She, got out and grabbed the cake. She, walked over to the house, and knocked on the door.
"Alexis is right, mom. We would never." Just then her cell went off. She, picked it up and looked. "It's Aunt Alex.
"Hi, Aunt Alex. Yes, of course, you can bring, Aunt Anna. I can't wait, to see her. See you soon." She, looked at them and giggled. "Aunt Alex wanted to know, if she could bring, Aunt Anna. They're really taking this sister thing, to the extreme now, aren't they." She, giggled.
Hope giggled. "No, no. They didn't, Courtney. It's okay, really.
You, know. Harris gets up, very early after being a, Navy Seal. I'm trying to get him to start sleeping later these days. I was already at the market when they called me to come over. So, I went shopping for them. I was very happy to. Thank you, for inviting me, girls." She, smiled softly, at them.
Courtney heard the doorbell. "We have our first guest." She went to open the door, and smiled when she saw, Hope.
"Hope, please come in." She, took one of the bags from her. "You two, didn't send Hope shopping, did you. Tell me, they didn't. Girls, come take the groceries to the kitchen." She, looked at them.
"Oh, no, mom. We're having a breakfast party. We called Aunt Alex and Aunt Hope to come over and join us. This is our little group now. It's going to be, so much fun. We can't wait, to start it." She, grinned at her.
