Starter Zoey Mathers was born with great magic as was her sister, Sela. Sela went on to become the Guardian of the Nexus, a portal between realms that few knew about. Hearing all the praise Sela got, Zoey slowly became overcome with hatred and darkness. A darkness that would come to threaten many worlds. She studied the dark arts and eventually became more powerful than The Evil Queen and Rumplestiltskin combined. With all her power she had one thing in mind, destroy everything simply because she could.� She started her path of destruction in her home world of the Enchanted Forest. The land was beginning to decay as she waged her war. Many fought against her, and failed. She killed some, while others decided it was better to just join her. But the citizens had an escape plan, portals to the Mortal World via magic beans. Many of the people she had hoped to kill managed to escape to the Mortal World, closing the portals behind them so Zoey, who was nicknamed The Dark Queen, and her minions couldn't follow after them. Little did they know that she had access to the Nexus and could travel to any world she desired.�� Leaving her warlord in charge, Zoey and headed to the Nexus. Her hero of a sister, Sela was quickly dispatched by the Warlord, and the two made their way to Oz. They tore threw the land, killing Glinda the Good Witch and enslaving anyone else. Once their work was done there, Wonderland was next on the list. But this time Zoey only sent her Warlord to do the job, instead she had her sights set on the Mortal World to finish what she had started in the Enchanted Forest.�� The Nexus sent her to New York, and immediately she disliked it. She could feel the lack of magic in this world. Before doing anything else, Zoey closed her eyes and blocked everything out leaving only behind the trace of magic that only one with magic could feel. She was going to use that to lead her to the people that escaped her wrath. With the portals closed they had nowhere to escape. The trail led her to a city by the name of Storybrooke in Maine, and for a moment she thought about killing everyone but in the end decided it would be more fun to blend in and do some sabotage before the killing commenced. Plus it'd give her Warlord time to finish up in Wonderland and join her for the rampage.
