Blood curling screams echoed through a tunnel, a place werewolves went to on a full moon, to keep themselves from killing anyone. The place was also used for vampires to lock them up, starve them, and torture them. The screams came from a young dark haired and eyed vampire. "What do you want? what..?" She screamed and cried at the hunter as he pulled a rope letting streams of sunlight hit her pale white skin, now turning red. No answer came...

The man torturing her gave a laugh and just pulled the rope, leaving the wood block up, letting the sun hit her back. She groaned and screamed in more agony, clenching her hands and teeth together, her eyes wide with terror and pain. Her back was by now red and turning black. The hunter took out a knife and began to cut the her blackened skin. She screamed once more and then passed out. The hunter continued until he was thrown to the wall.

Katherine, her sister, had found her first. Klaus was nearby, listening to her torture, but not doing anything about. It was his way of punishing her for not obeying him about killing a newly turned vampire, who was a rogue. Instead she had defied him and taken the fledgling to her distant Niece, Elena and the Salvatore Brother's. For this he didn't come to her rescue, not right away though.

He debated on whether to follow the elder petrova, into the dungeon, and waited a little too long. Elena, Damon, Stefan, Caroline and Tyler Lockwood came up behind him. Katherine killed the hunter and dragged Anya out of the dungeon as the group came up. "Some help, would have been nice!" She snapped at them all. Katherine's eyes locked onto Klaus with a glare. "Why didn't you come to her rescue?" She snapped him.

Klaus sighed and turned to the rest of the group and threw his hands up with a scoffing smirk. "I was simply punishing her for disobeying my orders." He replied as he looked at Katherine with a smirk on his face. Anya slowly woke up, her wounds now just beginning to heal. She had heard the last part of his sentence and flinched in terror. Elena moved over to her doppleganger and Aunt, helping Anya to sit up. She looked at Matt and asked, "Will you?" Mat sighed and whispered "Of course." He walked over to Anya and she grabbed his arm, sank her teeth into his arm and drank. Both Katherine and Elena watched to make sure she didn't drink so much. Before either one of them could say anything Klaus snapped at her sharply. "Anya, enough!" He ordered as he walked towards her and removed Matt from her grip. Anya let out a groan of protest, but stopped when Klaus gave her a stern look. 

Meanwhile, Damon, Caroline and Stefan stood watching the scene, they grabbed Matt from Klaus and Caroline with Stefan, walked away. Damon stood alone. He looked at Klaus and gave him a smirk. "How is the big bad hybrid?" He jeered at him. Klaus gave him a smirk. "I'm King of the world." he replied. "How good can that get?" He replied with a chuckle. He returned his attention to Anya and ordered her to return home. Anya rose to feet and vamped herself to the mansion, Rebecca and Elijah at her heels. Once at the mansion, they grabbed her and put her in the dungeon, a chain around her neck and another with cuffs around her wrist, both laced with vervain. They locked her up, leaving her to starve. Her wounds, which had begin to heal, stopped when the vervain was placed on her, leaving her in agonizing pain and torture.
