DISCLAIMER & OTHER FYI

-I am not Amy Acker, or the character Illyria, nor do I claim to be. Illyria is the intellectual property of Joss Wheden, Mutant Enemy, David Greenwalt, Fox Home, IDW Comics, Boom Comics, Darkhorse Comics and others I may have forgotten. All images and video property of their rightful owners. No copy is intended or implied.

-I am female. I am well over 18 and prefer to write with other mature writers. I have written with people in their mid-teens before and never had a problem, as long as they stuck to the character. And for the sake of rp times, know that I am in the pacific time zone. This is all you need to know and most likely all you ever will know. I don't mind a little ooc, but don't think you can come right out with twenty questions. If I think you should know something about my life I will tell you. Don't be nosey.

-I will only accept role players and role play associated profiles (premades, music, help sites). Absolutely no exceptions! Any non-RP messages I get about the character, comic, or tv series, I'd be glad to answer, but I won't add you. Sorry.

-I don't see the point in having 85 Illyria's on my friends list. I will never role play in a story line with one.

-I am not on 24/7 and there will be some days where I am not on at all. I have other sites and a life outside of role play. If I am to be gone for an extended period of time, I will put up Hiatus in either my name or my status. You may still send replies and starters during this time, just don't expect a reply right away.

-Leave your DRAMA at the door! I am a pretty peaceable person, I really don't care to get involved in it. If you are involved in some sort of drama, the I will be sympathetic to you but I will not get involved. I don't care who you are.

COMMENTS & WRITING STYLE

-My comment section is for storyline posts. OOC conversations I prefer in messages. Please don't thank me for adding in my comments. Or ask if me if I want to RP, obviously I do.

-I prefer para/multi para. I will accept one-line storyline comments if it's a quick conversational scene, but even then, you can usually come up with a couple lines of dialogue and a gesture or two.

-Comment length tends to fluctuate with me as the storyline goes. Sometimes you'll get a few paragraphs and sometimes you just might get a short paragraph. Depends on what's going on and how creative I am at the moment.

-I have been nice about this before, but no more. I reserve the right to not reply to any comments that I get! If I get bored, or loose interest, or just plain don't like your style, I won't reply.

-Try and make sure to use proper grammar and punctuation. We're all human (hopefully) and therefore we all make mistakes. Like typos, or going through so fast we forget to add a simple word like "the" or "and," I can deal with that stuff. However, I don't want to spend all night trying to crack your code, it gives me migraines. If your grammar/spelling is consistently so bad, I need a magic decoder ring to read your comment, you're going to get deleted. If English is a second language, or you have any kind of learning disorder like dyslexia, let me know and I can easily let mistakes slide.

-Please your "quotation marks" for speech. NO NET SPEAK!!! (lol, idk, how r u...) That's all well and good in messages or IM, but not in story.

-God-moding and auto-moving are big no-no's in my book. God-moding is when someone lays a whoopin on ya and you use stupid magic that your character doesn't have to fix it or you simply ignore it. Auto-moving is when you write in someone else's part. I can write my comments by myself and half the time, I wouldn't react the way someone has written me to.

STORYLINE AND ADDS

-If you add me I would prefer you make first contact, but it's not required. If you don't contact me, I'll eventually get around to contacting you. As for starters, if you got one then send it.

-I can rp from any point in the series and beyond. I will mostly be playing a present day Illyria. Well, my take on what she may be today, but I will do scenes based on an particular comic or epsiode if you ask me first.

-I will also integrate my character and SL's into other series as long as it makes sense. Comic book characters, Charmed, Supernatural, original characters, ect.... are all fine.

-I absolutely love a good original character. I have one that I RP and do quite well with and I find them a great way to show off your creativity and adaptability. But the same rules apply here as they do above. I do not want to see my 20-year-old love child from the future that some character and I created.

-If Illyria doesn't know who your character is, please don't act like they're friends. Introduce yourself first.

-If for whatever reason I delete you, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES try to re-add me. You'll only be wasting your time as well as mine. Just take it with a grain of salt and move on.

RELATIONSHIPS

-If Illyria gets a boyfriend, she will be faithful to that person. No questions asked. But online relationships are not real. Please don't think that when I sign off, that I will think about what was said between the two of us. Because I won't.

PICTURES

-DON'T JACK MY ART! I have taken my sweet, precious time searching for my pics, gifs, and creating custom art. Please do not take anything from my page without asking. I don't mind sharing, but you really need to ask me and give credit where credit is due....just like I'm doing now. I get all my Amy Acker pics from amy-acker.org, https://fuckyeahwinifredburkle.tumblr.com and random Google searches. If you want me to make something, please ask. I might say yes.

-Part two of the above statement, I AM NOT AN ART SITE!! If you ask me for something, give me time. I am busy with other profiles and projects.

- I absolutely adore picture comments. If you leave me one or more, I will make sure to return the favor.
