Patrick had just come back from checking on a patient of his. He walked up to the nurse's desk when he heard the elevator. He turned around to see the doors open.
Michael chuckled softly when he heard Sally. “Yeah, the other morning before going to ELQ, I went to Crimson Lights for coffee and that’s when I met Sally. We started talking because obviously I had heard about her. She told me about her being Alexis’ sister and she apologized for not making it here in time for our wedding.” He smiled.
She heard Michael and grinned. "We did. I was wondering who the cute guy was. Thank you, Carly. I think, we're going to get along, just fine." She, looked at Alexis and giggled.
Michael felt Sally’s hug and hugged her back a little bit tighter. He took the bag from her and smiled. “Thank you, Sally. It’s nice to see you again.” He watched Carly with Jonah and smiled. “Sally and I met the other day at Crimson Lights, Mom.”
"Thank you, Jason." She softly held Jonah, in her arms.
"Hi, Jonah. I'm your good, Grandmother Carly. And, this is your good, Aunt Sally." She looked at them, and giggled. Then softly kissed his forehead. You, know Michael already. That was fast. How, did you meet him." She, at Michael and giggled.
Jason chuckled softly when he heard Alexis. He went over to Carly and smiled softly at her. “Jonah, this is your Grandma Carly.” He handed him to her. He saw Sally come in. “Hi Sally.”
You are right. This is Michael's mom, Carly. And, this is my daughter, Sasha. This is my sister, Sally. We both, have the same, father." She, looked at her, and giggled.
"Mind, if I crash the party. I'm Aunt Sally. Alexis' sister. Oh, hey. You, must be, Carly. Nice, to meet you." She, took her hand and shook it. Then hugged her. "I already know, Michael. Hi, Michael." She, went over to him, and hugged him tightly.
Then went over to Sasha, and hugged her. "Congratulations. This is for you, and Michael." She gave the bag, to Sasha, and grinned at them.
Jason gave her a soft smile. He looked down at Jonah who was looking right at him. “Look at you. You are so precious.” He kissed him again then looked at Alexis. “Would you like to hold him?”
Jason smiled softly when he heard Sasha and Michael. He felt the tears start to well up in his eyes as he held Jonah. “Hi Jonah, I’m your Grandpa. I promise to always be there for you, help you, guide you. Most importantly I promise to always love you.” He kissed him on his forehead. “You have come into a pretty big family. Which means you are so lucky to be loved by so many people. Including your mom and dad and your big brother, Wiley.”
Michael was holding Jonah when Carly came in and smiled. “Hi Mom.” He felt her hug and hugged her back a little bit tighter. He heard what Sasha said about Jason being the first one to hold him. “I think that sounds perfect.” He went over to Jason. “Jonah, I would like you to meet somebody special. This is your Grandpa Jason.” He felt the tears in his eyes as he handed Jonah to him.
John was by the Nurse’s Station when he saw Curtis with Lila. He went over to them. “Hi Lila, Curtis. It’s that time, huh?” He smiled softly at them. “Don’t worry, everything will be fine.” Just then he saw Jax come in and smiled. “Hi Jax, just in time. We’re going to go to the birthing room.”
