Patrick had just come back from checking on a patient of his. He walked up to the nurse's desk when he heard the elevator. He turned around to see the doors open.
She looked up at him, and shook her head no. "No. I, don't think that I will ever get over this one, Jason." She sighed. "Something happened a long time ago, that I haven't told any one about. Not even my girls. Only Julian and I know about it." She looked at him, and leaned back against the seat.
Jason nodded his head then looked at Alexis. "Sam got through this once. You know she'll do it again. She's a fighter." He patted her shoulder. "I'm gonna call Spencer and ask if he can bring Emily and Julian here to have them tested as well." He took his phone out and called Spencer. "Spencer, it's Jason. Is there anyway you can bring Emily and Julian to the hospital? They need to get tested. Thank you, I appreciate it. See you soon." He got off the phone and put it back in his pocket. He saw Alexis sit down and went over to her. "Are you okay?"
Silas smiled at Jason. "It's my pleasure. That's what being a doctor is all about. I'm gonna take Sam for some more tests and I'll let you know what is going on."
Patrick sighed. "She collapsed on the elevator but she's okay. She's going to stay overnight for precaution." He heard Reed and smiled. "I will. Have a good night." He got off the phone and sighed went back into Victoria's room. "I called the kids. They all send their love. I told Johnny and Katie I would try and tuck them in tonight."
Reed nodded his head when he heard Patrick. "Is she okay? What happened?" He asked worried then calmed down when Patrick told him that Victoria was okay. "Tell Mom, I love her. Take care of her."
Jason looked at Silas and shook his head. "It's okay. You're just taking precaution which I appreciate. I'll call Spencer and have him bring Emily and Julian here. Thank you for everything you're doing for Sam. I will never forget what you did for Danny. I know that Sam is in good hands with you."
Silas looked at Jason and Alexis and nodded his head. "Yes, I would like to test Emily and Julian to see if they contracted it as well. I'm sorry. I know this is a lot. You already have Sam and Penny in the hospital."
Griffin smiled as he watched Patrick leave the room. "You got yourself a really good one in him. He really loves you. When he found you passed out on the elevator, he lost it. I knew that as a doctor it was better for me to handle things since Patrick was personally involved. You just passed out from it being too hot? You haven't had any headaches or anything?"
Patrick looked at Victoria and nodded his head. "Of course I will." He smiled at her. "I will call them right now." He stood up from his chair and kissed her softly on the lips then her forehead. "Listen to what Griffin says. He's a good guy. I will be right back." He patted Griffin on the shoulder then went into the hallway as he took his phone out and called Hannah. "Hannah, it's Patrick. I was just calling to see how Johnny and Katie were doing. Victoria is in the hospital but she's okay. Just going to stay overnight." He smiled when Johnny got on the phone. "Hey buddy. I will try and be there to tuck you in okay? If not, I will make it up to you. Mommy loves you and she'll see you soon. I love you, buddy." He heard Katie. "Hey baby, I will try and be there to tuck you in but if I can't, I will make it up to you. Mommy loves you and she will see you soon. I love you." He blew her a kiss then got off the phone and called Reed. "Reed, it's Patrick. I just wanted to let you know that your mother is in the hospital but she's okay. She's just going to stay overnight. If you need anything, don't hesitate to call."
Jason saw Silas nod his head in regards to having Julian and Emily being brought in to get tested. He felt Alexis as she held him tightly. "Sam may have contracted encphalitis again." He sighed. "Silas also said that she contracted it when she gave birth to Emily and Julian. That's when Helena kidnapped her from our wedding reception. Now, Julian and Emily have to be tested to see if they contracted it as well."
Jason took a deep breath. "You're saying that she contracted this in Greece at Cassadine Island?" He looked at Silas as he put his hands over his face. "There is a chance that Julian and Emily may have this and you have to test them?"
Silas looked at Monica and Jason and sighed. "It might be something else too. But, in order to find out. We would have to run more tests. Whatever it is that Sam has, it seems like she contracted it while giving birth a few months ago."
Patrick smiled when he heard Victoria. "I would prefer for you to stay here just a little bit just to make sure that everything is okay. I'm not going to fight with you if you don't want to stay. I know better." He chuckled softly. "It's the doctor in me."
