Jason hugged her back a little bit tighter. "I love you so much too, Mom. You do deserve me. You didn't tell me about Nikki because you were afraid you were going to lose me. That's never going to happen. You didn't tell me about Mikkos because you were afraid I would revert back to my old ways. Don't be hard on yourself." He kissed the top of her head. "Yeah, we should go inside for Dylan." He said as he nodded his head.
Alexis grabbed Alan's hand, and held it tightly. "Monica, will be in, any minute, Dylan. I already said more than I was supposed to, when I told Jason. I just didn't want him, to be blind sided, you know." She, looked up, at Alan. Monica will tell you and Courtney everything." Alexis took a deep breath, and sighed.
She, smiled when she felt his hand on hers. She held it tightly, for a few minutes, then got up. She went over to him, and hugged him tightly. "I love you, Jason. So, so much. Thank you. I don't deserve you. I lied to you about Nikki, and now this." She felt the tears in her eyes.
"Let's go back. Dylan is probably wondering why I asked him to come, when, we're in here." She looked up, at him.
Dylan sighed when he heard what Alexis said about Jason. "That's why Monica divorced Mikkos." He shook his head. "I'm so sorry, Alexis." He saw Alan go over to her and looked at Courtney. "What else did he do to us?"
When Alan saw Alexis come into the living room by herself, he had a feeling that Jason knew and that's why he wanted to talk to Monica alone. He went over to her and put his hand on her shoulder. He saw the looks on Dylan and Courtney's faces and sighed. "When Monica and Jason come in, we'll tell you together. "
Jason shook his head. "There is no need for you to be ashamed. I understand why you didn't tell me. Given my past with what I used to do for a living. It's only natural to think that. I'm not that man anymore. Back then, revenge I thought was more important than anything else. Now, I realize it's not. I like my life the way it is and I'm not going to jeopardize that by going after Mikkos." He gave her a soft smile as he put his hand on top of hers. "Of course, I forgive you, Mom."
She hugged him, back and sighed. "Part of the reason, why Monica asked us to come here tonight was about, Jason. Mikkos, told Monica, that he was the one, who shot Jason in the back, then pushed him into the water. The second reason was about you, and Courtney. But, that's for Monica to tell." She looked at him.
Monica looked at him, and sighed. "Oh, Jason. I'm so ashamed that I didn't trust you, enough, to tell you. I really did, want to tell Alan first. Alexis told, you." She sighed. "She cares more about you, than Mikkos, you know." She looked at him. "Can you forgive, me."
Dylan smiled when he heard what Courtney said about Spencer and Alex. "I think got a point." He saw Alexis come in. "Hey Alexis." He hugged her. "What's wrong?" He asked with concern.
Jason watched as Alexis went into the living room. He looked at Monica and smiled as they went into the kitchen. He chuckled softly. "That's good about Cook having the night off." He sat down at the table. "When Alexis and I were waiting for Sam to come and watch the kids. She told me that she knew what this dinner was about. When you told me about your divorce from Mikkos, I thought to myself there is only one reason you would divorce him. That's if he did anything to me, Dylan, Emily or AJ. Then when I asked you about it, you told me that you couldn't tell me and you had to talk to Dad first." He took a deep breath. "So, I asked Alexis to tell me. She did. I know that Mikkos was the one who shot me on the pier that night and kicked me into the water." He sighed. "The reason you and Alexis didn't want to tell me was because you were afraid that I would revert back to my old ways and get revenge. If I do, it's a no win situation. Alexis loses her father and husband. I can't do that to her or the kids. I can't do that to you. My family means more to me than revenge."
Courtney smiled softly at him. "More than that, I think." She closed her phone, and looked up, when she saw Alexis come into the room. "Mom. Are you okay." She watched as she took her plate and wine, and sat down. She, looked at Dylan. "Something's wrong. Mother." She saw Alexis, shake her head, and sighed.
Monica looked at Jason a bit surprised. She watched, as Alexis went into the living room, and sighed. "Of course, you can, Jason. Let's go to the kitchen." She, smiled at him. "Cook has the night off." She, giggled.
Alexis looked at him, and smiled some what. "I'll go in, and say hello." She, went inside and smiled. "Hello, Alan. Hi, sweetie." She said to Courtney. "Hi, Dylan. Jason will be in shortly, he wants to talk to, Monica." Alexis went over to the bar, and poured herself a glass of wine. She, then went over and took some salad, and dressing, and a roll and butter. Then sat down, next to Courtney.
Jason smiled when Monica opened the door. "Hey Mom." He felt her hug and hugged her back a little bit tighter. He chuckled softly hearing about cook. "Got to love Cook." He looked at Monica. "Mom, is it okay if you and I talk in private?"
