01/08/2016  The Birth of Twins Category: Uncategorized Sera's water broke and she sighed as she thought she had more time before she would give birth. Hell she had hoped she would have more time so that she could explain the twins conception and why she had disappeared in the first place. Apparently the twins had different plans though. She rubbed her stomach as the first wave of contractions hit her and almost doubled her over. Her labor with her first two kids had not lasted long and had progressed fast once her water broke. She knew she needed help and needed to lay down before the real contractions hit. She walked a little farther down the hall until she found a guest room that was made up already because she knew she would not make it to her room on the third floor. She climbed up onto the bed breathing, a thin layer of sweat glistened upon her skin. Another wave of contractions hit this time making her scream. Moments later when the wave of contractions faded she pushed a button that was used to summon servants. The servants came rushing in and saw her laying there. Their eyes darted to her swollen belly and back to her face. They did not ask any questions but instead all started rushing around preparing for the birth. It did not take long for the servants to set everything up. She had been gone for a long time but they still knew her as their Empress and mate of their Emperor Astartes. Sera looked around the room and called over one of the younger looking servant girls. The young woman came as called but looked nervous. "I am sorry but I do not know you, however I must ask that you fetch my family to witness the birth of my twins. You know who I am and who my family is correct?"She asked the woman who just nodded still looking afraid. "Good than go do as I have instructed."She told her. The girl hurried off to complete her task. The contractions suddenly started coming closer and closer together. She screamed and groaned as she tried her best to ride the pain and not let it over come her. She had not been in this much pain with either of her other two children. 	Seraphina Wintermyst ||Dark Dragoness||Unmated||TDOS+MAL||	Sera watched everything that was going on and listened to her brothers' words but everything seemed so far away as if she was watching and hearing it all from a distance. She felt the tears begin to fall down her cheeks as her brother spoke and her daughter and sister gathered the items asked of them. When she felt Astartes take her hand she looked up at him and smiled weakly. "Ast it hurts so bad, I have never felt anything like it. I feel so weak and tired... I just... want to.... sleep"She said having trouble focusing. She knew she had lost a lot of blood but she still tried to smile when her daughter took her hand. No matter how hard she tried though she could not get words to form or come out. Instead just a light mumble fell from her lips. Just as her sister rushed back in with the items and hugged her daughter Ryleigh Sera felt her eyes begin to drift. Hard as she tried to fight it her eyes refused to stay open. She knew no matter what her babies would be safe. She really hoped it was not too late and that Astartes could save her too... "I love you all....."She half mumbled barely more than a whisper. 	Seraphina Wintermyst ||Dark Dragoness||Unmated||TDOS+MAL||	Sera screamed and grabbed her daughter and sisters hands. "Something is not right. It has never hurt like this."She said her fear apparent upon her face. She lifted the sheet she was covered with and saw that the bed was full of blood. Her head snapped up. "Ry sweetie I need your uncle Ast, he is going to have to slice me open to save the babies and I fear is one of the only people who will be able to save me and the babies at this point. I am losing a lot of blood and if it takes much longer to get these babies out I fear mine and the twins lives may be in danger."She said hoping her brother would show up soon.
