Aiden Mitchell was born and raised in Woodsboro, California, with his sister, Haley, on September 12, 1994. They had a pretty decent childhood. Both of their parents worked different jobs, and had different schedules, but they always made time for their kids. When the murders began in 1996, by a killer known as Ghostface, their parents made sure that they were safe and protected. They later found out on the news that the mass murder spree was caused by two teenagers, who had been killed by a teenaged girl named Sidney Prescott, whom they were targeting. Feeling relief that this was all over, they didn't realize what a domino effect they had put into place in the years ahead.

Aiden, now 16 and in his Sophomore year of high school, was lying on his bed in his room, listening to music. Haley stopped by his room and told him that she was going over to a friend's house to hang out. There had been reports of another Ghostface on the loose, so he told her to be careful, and to call him if she needed anything. He always had his phone nearby. She walked into the living room to let her parents know where she was going, as they told her to be back home at a certain time. Hours passed by as Haley had not returned back home yet. Their parents started to get worried, as well as Aiden. Him and Haley had a close bond with each other.
He then heard his phone ring, as what he heard on the other end caused his heart to race fast, and fear to rise in him. Haley had told him that she needed his help, and that Ghostface was there in her friend's house. She had found Riley's body in the bedroom, several stab wounds to her abdomen, bleeding out. He told her to go find a quiet place to hide until she could get out safely. But, before she could find a good hiding place, Ghostface was already behind her, as he rammed his knife into Haley's back, causing her to fall to the floor and drop the phone. Aiden screamed her name, but was met with a dial tone. He immediately rushed out the house and got into his car, driving over to Riley's house. The door was locked, as he kicked it in and that's when he saw her: Haley was lying in a pool of blood, several stab wounds all over her body, and her throat slashed. He fell to his knees, crying, as he just stared at her lifeless body. How was he going to explain this to their parents?
After graduation. Aiden decided to attend the local college and major in Criminal Psychology, with a focus on serial killers. He wanted to know who it was that killed Haley, and to find out why she was a target, when they weren't even related to anyone that would make them targets. But, during his Junior year, he began having flashbacks of that night when Haley was killed, often blacking out, then waking up in a cold sweat. He couldn't concentrate and his grades were slipping to the point of Academic Probation. So, he just decided to drop out, and concentrate on getting his mental health straightened out.

New York City, NY
Aiden moved to New York when he was 30 years old. He had worked odd jobs during his Freshman and Sophomore years of college, so he had saved up enough to get an apartment. He has decided to go back to school and finish his Criminal Psychology degree. He's currently still in his Junior year, hoping that after he graduates, he can get a job with the NYPD as a Criminal Psychologist, focusing on serial killers.
