Micah Richard James IV was born in Aberystwth, Wales to a loving mother and abusive father. From a young age, he bonded with his mother and came to her aid when his father would beat her. While homelife was stressful, it was relatively uneventful otherwise and relatively normal; they lived comfortable with the luxury to take holidays away every year to neighboring countries, had a good-sized home, sent Micah to private school. Life was normal. He was smart and exceled at anything placed in front of him. Science and physiology were his favorite subjects. There was something about science and learning about the way the body worked that mesmerized him. He was on track for a high-end University and a full ride when the entire world flipped upside down.
Shortly after his 17th birthday, Micah came home to his father beating his mother – her laying on the ground clutching her stomach, his father’s foot repeatedly slamming into her at any angle he could find. Something snapped. Micah managed to knock his father out with a vase, but instead of calling the cops he suggested his mother let him take care of his father. When all was said and done, Micah ended up dissecting his father on the kitchen table like a frog in science class. Each limb secured to a table leg, he forced his father to watch as he cut open his abdomen and learned about a human’s bodily structure first hand. These activities – catching an animal or being only to dissect and learn about them – continued until he was 24 years old. He’d always been smart about his prey, picking someone no one would notice; a homeless individual, stray cat or dog, etc., but one day things changed. It was impulsive and unlike his calculated behavior. Micah killed a man he’d picked up from a club. This sent a town-wide manhunt for the killer and with his DNA all over the stranger from a nighttime tryst, there wasn’t much hope that he wouldn’t be fingered.
Micah was caught several months after the investigation was launched and sent to a mental institution for rehabilitation where he was diagnosed as a sociopath with extreme rage disorder. After about a year, he managed to slip out under the guise of a male attendant. His plan was simple; flee to the U.S. and continue his happenings. At some point, killing had morphed from scientific exploration to being cathartic. He needed it, craved it. Killing, or extreme bodily harm, had become his main form of release. He’s extremely mellow and hard to read most of the time but small things will tick him off enough to snap someone’s neck – the switch is almost instantaneous and impossible to predict. While he’s able to hide his disorders for the most part, he’s unusually socially inept when in group conversations. His charisma shines in one-on-one scenarios and for that reason, he often results to pulling people away.
