Vanessa was a vampire slayer turned vampire who lived in Ireland and was the slayer who saved people in town in the 1700s. She had a loving family till she was turned by her friend's brother Liam aka Angelus aka Angel and left for dead. Her watcher took her in to a coven of witches who gave her the blood of the head of the family who turned to be one of the ancestors of the halliwells who made a blood linking spell. The spell helped her from becoming a full on vampire but gave her everything but the burning in the sun affect. But it also allowed her to get their magic as well as they took her in and trained her in all things magic. Leaving them she traveled the world continuing her work as a slayer and helping others from evil. She was a slayer at age 12 till she was turned and left for dead at 17 by Angelus but she does age slowly though and doesnt stay stuck at her age.She likes to make friends everywhere she goes but still returns to her family.
