Domina approached Urania and asked her to invade earth against high Council's commands. She felt Urizen could not be allowed to roam free on earth and they should stop him. When Angela appeared to stop her from touching down on earth, she lead the attack against Angela. Domina ultimately stood down when the Heavenly Hosts appeared and reiterated their commands to stop. Upon Gabrielle being recalled to Elysium and Angela taking her own path apart from the established norms. Domina, now calling herself an mortal name Katherine Anne Domina, was given the directorship over Terran affairs. Though unlike most who desired power but had no ability for it. She had the ability but not the desire, nonetheless she did her best to preserve the goals and keep peace for Heaven and Earth.
