Agent Emilia Harcourt is an NSA agent who worked with Amanda Waller and A.R.G.U.S. in order to monitor Task Force X, while also acting as a supporting member to them during the mission of Corto Maltese. With the release of Starro, Harcourt and her team disobeyed Waller to help the squad. Her next mission was the rehabilitation of Peacemaker and stopping the Butterfly invasion. Most currently she aided the J.S.A. with containment of Black Adam.
